The last man on Earth

This design board is an Illustration assignment for my Design for Motion class at the Savannah College of Art and Design. My personal goals were to practice foreshortening and use of light.

Concept:

Wonderer.

It is not the changes of the body but the path in which we take our soul what fulfills our time on earth. I wrote a short story about the only good human left on earth. Inspired by the psychedelic imagery I once saw at a Museum Exhibition about the transcendental trips that Shamans in Colombian tribes take in order to purify and re-rail their soul, and influenced by the Biblical story of Jesus and how he traveled around to save people’s souls, I wanted to create illustrations that felt magical, ethereal and out of this world.
